2.4 Reselling WellVera products on sites like Amazon or eBay without written permission is prohibited.
2.5 Reasons your order may not be accepted include, but are not limited to:

    • Out of stock

    • Payment authorisation failure

    • Pricing or product description error

    • System or supply issues

2.6 You will receive an email confirmation of your order details once placed.

3. Tracking Your Order

3.1 You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order ships.
3.2 Tracking may take up to 1–2 days to update.
3.3 If tracking shows the order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly.
3.4 Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address.
3.5 If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@wellvera.co.uk immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Order Cancellation

4.1 To cancel before dispatch, contact info@wellvera.co.uk.
4.2 If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
