Shipping policy

At WellVera, we are working hard to keep up with demand — we ship orders daily from our warehouse so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail): 7–14 business days
Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days

📦 All UK orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Confirmation

When you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your payment.
When your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers may take 1–2 business days to update after dispatch.
If you haven’t received tracking details after 3 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@wellvera.co.uk.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, high-volume periods (such as Christmas or sales events), or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked “delivered” by Royal Mail but you have not received it, please contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking number. WellVera cannot be held responsible once delivery is confirmed to the address provided.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
